A Part of the visit of the delegation of African officials and experts to the Horus factory, a pharmaceutical industry located in Cairo, 6th of October, in the margins of the Capacity Building Training Workshop on Viral Hepatitis for African Union Member States under the auspices of the African Liver Patients’Association, held in Cairo from 19 to 20 November 2019, under the auspices of the African Liver Patients’ Association and in partnership with the Scientific Technical Research Commission of the African Union. The purpose of this visit was to identify the most recent techniques of the pharmaceutical industry, in particular those related to the fight against viral hepatitis, in order to disseminate in Africa the technology and treatment methods used in Egypt through cooperation protocols to share the Egyptian experience in the production and distribution of treatments at a reasonable cost in accordance with the needs of African citizens across Africa to create a strong and effective alliance to address the dangers of viral hepatitis effectively and to provide treatment at a reasonable cost.
